20180709，今天早上在发电，水急水清很干净，水温表显示16.7摄氏度，实际温度可能低一些。

青龙湾水位：128.53米，昨晚青龙湾一台机组发电，今天刘村坝水温水位适合游泳，大家游泳注意安全。
